Their free tiers usually come with limits—playlist caps, track caps, or transfer restrictions that turn a simple move into a part-time job. Using Spotify's built-in option cuts all that friction. Like Apple, Spotify gives you the full, unlimited transfer experience when you go through the official route, though it still works in just one direction.

The biggest win here is convenience. Instead of leaving the app, your playlists from other services can hop straight into Spotify with a few taps.
